Martini International MK V

Years ago I won a Mk V at an estate auction. It came with sights, but after shooting it a few times I put it away and never fired it much.

Recently I began shooting a weekly smallbore match at my range...alternating weekly between 50 and 100 yards. This caused me to pull my smallbore target rifles out of the safe and begin shooting them. So far, I've used my Winchester 52's.

I recently glommed a Lyman 20X Super Targetspot and decided to try the Lyman on my Mk V. I zeroed the scope at 50 yards and did some ammo testing.

This rifle loved everything--even the cheap CMP black box.

I have several martini 12/15 rifles, they all shoot very well! I would love to find a nice international!
Those 12/15's are great rifles also.

I've got one of those and they are great shooters

Definitely a keeper in its second incarnation. I ended up with one of those Super Targetspots on one of my target 22s, and age not withstanding, it's a great scope for target work.

I was very pleasantly surprised with how this combination shots.

Those big BSA Martinis were hammers.
I was shooting my Winchester 52B in the match and had a problem with it so I could not finish the match. I had brought the Martini to the match to shoot afterwards, so I uncased it and was amazed by the groups.
