March 48x52 highmaster

My rifle tips at 10.7 now with leup 40x comp. pulled the tombstone butt stock think this is a Borden stock no holes other than what held it on. I know how to add weight . Specs say leupold 21.5 oz. if the 48 HM is 24 oz don’t know any way but to turn or shorten the barrel it is a 22in my 30BRis 24 0n heavy gunmy old barrel is a 20in ppc
None of my 48's weigh 24oz. They all weigh in the 22.3 to 22.4oz range. My straight 40, 50's and one 60 weigh between 20.7 and 20.9oz.

Thank you leupold may be heavier than listed in book could just pull it and start from there. Where do you purchase your march

You want to talk about March scopes I've been dealing with March for the last 10 years. These are what I own now. One is missing. Went back to Japan for a reticle change.
Have you had the chance to handle any of the March Genesis series?

I have played with a March Genesis 4-40X52 and it's great scope, but it is really designed and intended for ELR. The claim to fame for the Genesis series (there are currently two models,) is the huge adjustment range due to its design. The adjustments are all external so you're always looking through the middle of the glass for the best IQ, regardless of elevation you cranked in.

Looking at the prices of good glass averages about 100.00 dollars an OZ TYD. DO they make a really good 6oz scope. Lol
