It still is a 300 Mag, Thought it was a Win Mag but must be a WSM.
Might have an earlier picture of it as I do not remember it being so "rough" in finish behind the tang. Do remember seeing it engraved as a Williamsport winner with a date as part of that engraving. Think it is on the side I do not have in the pictures.
Charlie mostly shot Savage actions with Bostrom stocks in Dasher. He even bought one from me years ago. Then he sold that one to Mark Neizbatowski who uses it today with many wins, including a second to Bart in last years two-day Florida IBS championship. Charlie is now shooting a Dasher with a BAT action but think he bought that from SavageDasher Larry just a few months ago.
Charlie does make changes.
