Wish I could tell you! I acquired a wrecked one and still haven’t figured out how the external adjustment knobs were supposed to work. Prior owner took the knobs apart and one fershure is missing parts… BTW, do you have to take the ocular lens housing off to get it in or out of the external-adjust rings?
Looks like these guys do scopes that old and older… Worth a look.

35 years ago I used Weaver Scope Repair Service somewhere in Texas (by G**!) on a Leatherwood ART-MPC 3x9 and they were good. No idea if they’re still running.
