Magnum LRP in a Standard Case 6.5 Creedmoor

Good Morning, Yesterday I went on a Journey to look for LRP's. I went 30 miles west with no luck, came back into town and stopped by a shop just bought by two brothers that lived next door to my dad, no luck, but he told me of a place 50 miles east that might have them. I had my wife call as we were pulling out and sure enough he said yes we do. So off we went, and this place was packed with people mostly buying guns. I ended up with a 1000 CCI Magnum LRP.

I have only used CCI 200's in my 6.5 Creedmoor Loads (Varget 36.4) . I read in an article that if you use LRP Magnums, to back off 5% - 7% of the load. Does this sound right? Anyone done this with success.

It depends on the primer. Some, like Wolf LRM, are the same as the LR but with a thicker cup.
