LRP Magnums for 6CM

After months, I finally found some large rifle primers locally and picked up a few thousand, but they are magnum primers (Rem 9 1/2M). I've been using standard LRP for years and have never felt the need to use magnums, so not sure what to expect with these.

I know I'll have to do all new load workups, which sucks, but it is what it is. I'm guessing I'll need to back off my typical charges a bit, but wanted to ask if there is anything in particular that I should know before working up some loads?

This will be for 6CM, mostly with H4350, RL-16, and occasionally Staball 6.5.

When I ve used mags over std I ll back a grain and s half or two off my established load and work back up if no signs of more pressure. If you have a chronograph I ve done the same and if I get back to my original velocity without pressure I ll shoot for group. If everything checks out takes minimal rounds to get it RE-verified. JM way.

I use them in a 243 and 6SLR I see no measurable difference.

Thank for the input everyone. I'll load some up with my regular charge and some with 1.5 gr less and some with 1 gr less and head to the range with the chrono. Maybe it will be easier than I thought. Just happy to have some LRP.

BTW, Outdoors Limited has them in stock. Of course, for those not local, you'll have to pay the rediculous shipping fees.
