Magnetospeed V3 customer service

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Ryan at Magnetospeed. I ordered a V3 from Amazon. It finally arrived. I opened the damaged box and extracted the V3 plastic case. Upon opening, I quickly realized that several pieces were missing. I phoned and spoke to Ryan. After explaining the condition of the carrying case, he told me that it should have arrived sealed not tampered with. He was very helpful. He offered to replace the missing items once I contacted Amazon for their response. He then brought up the possibilities of either the bayonet or the display being damaged. Once again he assured me that if I produced proof of purchase that he would take good care of my issues. My purpose in posting this incident is to thank Ryan for being genuinely concerned about a new customer’s problem. Thank you, Magnetospeed and Ryan.

I had a couple minor problems with a sportsman model magneto speed the complete unit was replaced no questions asked very quickly I could not be more pleased and I too would like to recommend magneto speed and comment about their great customer service
 
Same deal here, purchased a 2nd V3 Display unit after the first one had a bad cord connection after the warranty period. The 2nd one went bad right away and Ryan stepped up to the plate and replaced it right away. Anyone on the fense, dont be with Ryan. He is good people!!!!
