I wanted to share my customer service experience with Magnetospeed. My wife bought me the Sporter model chronograph for Christmas. When I opened it for the first time I found the battery cover loose on the display. One of the red tabs that hold the cover to the unit was broke. Not a big deal, I thought so I emailed customer service and ask if I could get a replacement cover. A gentleman by the name Ryan replied back very shortly that they would send a new display. Good deal!
Fast forward two weeks: no display. High order volume, holiday shopping, it happens right.... So I emailed back and asked if it was shipped yet. I got a reply very shortly that it had left with USPS but tracking showed it had stalled somewhere along the way. He apologized for the delay and said for the trouble he was going to send out another asap and upgrade me to the V3 display. Awesome! I received it about a week later and just wanted to publicly thank Ryan and Magnetospeed's customer service. They certainly exceeded my expectations!
