I just got to give a shout to MagnetoSpeed customer service. Last weekend my barrel cooler failed and locked up. I emailed customer service and a rep named Ryan sent me a brand new one no questions asked.
Got it in the mail yesterday thrilled. I also have one of their chronographs couldn't be happier. It is great that their still is a few companies out their that still take care of their customers in this day and age.
