Remington model 700 XCR action with a 26" 1:8 twist stainless Brux barrel chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum. The barrel is a #4 heavy sporter (4-groove, cut rifling) and has 230 shots on it. Trigger is a Timney and set at 2 lbs. Action is bedded. Stock is Bell & Carlson Medalist. The rifle weights 8.1 lbs alone.
The freebore allows heavier bullets - my load OAL is 3.57 with OALTO of 2.93 with .030 jump (Hammer Hunter 169g).
Talley 20 MOA rings, 1", medium height (Talley SKU 940700LM) will stay with the rifle. The rings are bedded. The riflescope is not included with the sale.
