M.Werks rail for Anschutz 2013 BR

i just traded for a 2013 BR to play with but I know nothing about rimfire.... What is the best system to mount a nightforce competition scope? Kelbly rings? A rail (MWerks seems nice) that I can use picatinny rings on? I do like a lower cheek weld so I don't want anything crazy tall.

Get some Kelbly rings for 11 mm. Assuming you're BR is going to shoot some type of BR you want zero type of cheek weld, learn to shoot it free recoil.
