Yes. The design also facilitates managing the degree of expansion in 0.0005" increments, unlike most ball-type expanders which typically default to 0.002" less than bullet diameter. With conventional designs you get to control NT with compression only (bushing), expansion is fixed. With the SAC modular die you get to control both compression and expansion.
