out at the 600 yd range practicing for F Class shooting. had my Savage/ Krieger/ PRT stock 6BR out. challenging conditions, with wind 10 to 15 mph gusting a bit higher, from the six o'clock position and fishtailing either side. holds were to the left, then right, then boil, with no condition steady for any length of time. very good for practice.
anyways, i was using the LabRadar to chrono the loads as well. 108 Bergers with 30.3 of N140. i have seen some excellent numbers from this combo before, but never as good as this. velocities were up a bit as well. usually closer to 2880. as per usual with this load, it shot very, very good considering the conditions. i used to use Varget, but saw better vertical and better chrono numbers with N140. temp was about 82 F. BIG FUN
