Looking for Wolf and Tula small rifle primers

Thanks for follow up. Shot some CCI 450's this afternoon in 6xc with Palma brass-didn't see any real improvement. Don't understand Wolf SRP piercing with load of 38.6 H4350. I think-looking at case heads-that this isn't a particularly hot load. BR 4, Berger 105'hybrid jumped .005. May move on to large rifle primer Norma cases to see if things tighten up.
Undecided. Will shoot first match of season tomorrow, see from there.
Again, thanks for doing the search.

Regular non-magnum Tula/wolf primers are prone to piercing. They're just thin. Try the magnum primer, it's not any hotter than a BR4.

I have a small stock pile that will likely last me the rest of my life. I accidentally ordered too many boxes of SRM primers at one point. They're cheap and very consistent primers.

Glad to know I'm not the only one that has pierced these primers. Liked the early results with the Tula's, but have moved on. Br4's seem to be the primers that show the most promise now. Thanks for your opinion.
