Scott Null of S & S Sporting in Idaho is a good one. - He did a Model 12 Repeater in 300 WSM with a 29" HVY Benchmark Barrel that shoots extremely well. - Family Run Business & Good Guy - Usually has a backlog of work so you'll need to have some patience but he DOES meet deadlines, unlike some others.
