Looking for F Open Shooting Mat Recommendations

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I need a new F-Open mat.

I typically cut out the area under the rear bag to keep remove padding induced wobble.

What would you recommend and a quick reason why?

^^^^^and....a timely question because they have a very good sale on them in November. Also, if you buy one of the clearance ones they are even cheaper. Downside is that they are usually the least desirable color. Upside is that you will always know your mat when it is left on the firing line;). However, Nancy T. did have an obnoxious purple mat like mine up at Raton.....

I bought a yoga mat, cut it to the diminsions i needed, then spray glued on the smoothest slipperiest fabric I could find. Its not quite like the silver sliding stuff you see on bags and rest, but its along those lines. Bipod slides on it just fine. Been pretty nice. Waiting to receive my joypod and pad now, ill see if that pad is any good, I may keep using what I made though..

Hey Pat
I use a commercial door mat its thin and doesn't induce any wobble in the rest, not much padding for old bones though. Kenny Padilla showed me that system
