Looking for Beggs tuner experience

I have a 6 PPC barrel that is threaded for a Beggs tuner and the tuner. I have had both for quite a while, and did not do much with either when I got them. I am looking for things like where your tuner worked best relative to the muzzle, and what sort of adjustment increments you used when tuning. Thanks.

Probably the best and quickest info might be gathered from Tim Sellars as he shot with Gene back in the day. Tim is on Facebook but not sure about him being here.

Any suggestions on where I might find one?

I’m based in Queensland, Australia.

I recently bought a Tikka T1X benchrest rifle that had significant work done by an old-time gunsmith, including a sleeve for a Beggs tuner. However, he wouldn’t part with the tuner he used on his 30BR, and, of course, I can’t find one anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
