Looking for advice on Hog hunting

I live in S W Washington ( Oops State )and looking to do some hog hunting where would the closes place to go.

Groundhog or wild feral hog?

Kind of tough to answer unless these are cleared up.

It isn't close, but we have plenty of hogs in northern Califonia.

In cal there are lots of hogs in the west central area around King City, Paso Robles, Salinas on both sides of hwy 101. You will need to get on private land. The Tejon ranch offers pig hunts. Contact Multple Use Managers, Inc. 1-800-557-7087 they offer pig hunts.

99.5% of the hogs hunting is private land in CA, so a guide will likely be required. I have had leases in southern Mendocino County and northern Sonoma County. I don't know if they do anything other than archery, but the Hillside Ranch is unbelievable and does semi-guided hunts. There are areas around Red Bluff and Redding (farther north) that are great too. Multiple Use Managers still has the Dye Creek Preserve out of Red Bluff. I have hunted that and seen a hundred plus hogs in a day.
