Looking for a starting point

I'm new to BR, new to loading, and looking for a starting point. I have Lapua 6mm N brass, VV N135 and Berger 68gr FB bullets. I'd like a load and C O A L to get started. I'm sure once I get to the range, I can get some help from other members. Thanks in advance,

Just my method -
Determine Cartridge Base to Ogive by chambering a dummy round and see where rifling marks occur on bullet.
The Hornady OAL gauge and modified shell case is a great tool for this. It gives you and idea of what shoots best in your rifle - a bit of jump to the lands or a slight jamb.
Look at the load data in the cartridge section of the home page. The new Berger reloading manual is also a good source, albeit a bit conservative IMO.
A great set of dies will also help you have good success right off. Redding S-type competition are what I have but there are other good choices. Not sure if you have a no turn or a tight neck, but you will need several bushings in order to find your best neck tension.
Hope this helps some.

Start around 29gr N135 and put the bullet 0.005" into the lands. Watch Alex Wheeler's "Finding the lands" video to get the zero point. You should be able to get up to 32.5gr N135, or a bit more. Check out the 6BR loading info on this site.
