Looking for a rear peep sight for a Win 75

Helping my buddy trying to find a rear peep sight for a 75. Any help would be appreciated!

Don't have detail familiarity with the Win. Model 75, but, while it's hard to tell for sure from the photo, it appears to have a receiver grooved for .22 scope mounts. For solutions to that situation, see my and other replies to http://forum.accurateshooter.com/index.php?topic=3807096.0 from a few days ago.
