Looking for a good place to start loading .223 for an AR 15

Not trying to hijack at all but was learking in shadows , and noticed no one mentioning CFE 223... is it that uncommon or not popular or just doesn't work well? I thought about trying some because I thought it was designed for AR use, which I am slowly getting one put together so just trying to decide ahead of time what I might try ..
I use it for the 55s for plinking ammo. It throws well. Never tried it with heavies or at longer ranges.

I had a jug of CFE 223 around an hadn't tried it much if any. I tend to use WC 844/H335 as my first powder to try in AR's. But then I bought a used Cooper 21 in 223 AI. I asked the previous owner what load worked best for him. He used CFE 223 with 40 gr. VMAX bullets. So I tried it in the Cooper. Ran an OCW test and groups ranged between 1/4 and 1/2 inch at 100 meters. Convinced me I needed to try it in AR's.

If there could be only one, XBR8208 and 77 gr bullet of your choice. Will work with bullets from 55-80 gr.
Heavy (77-90):Rl-15, Varget, CFE, TAC
Mid-weights (60-69): CFE, X-Terminator/2230
Lighter: 2015, H322, Rl-7, Lt-32, Benchmark
lots of potential to go up or down in weight class

Realizing that CFE represents copper fouling eliminator, I think this powder burns very "sooty". I like H335 in the 55 gr. Bullet range and 8208 for 75's.
