Looking for 1000yrd load developer

Hi,
My name is Sam and I have an special request that i thought maybe you can help me with. I am looking for an expert, to develop a load/recipe for my custom target rifle.

Due to various personal reasons, primarily no time, due to many corporate business travels, I would like someone to develop a load for my 308win rifle out to 1000 yards, using the industry std ladder test.

If interested, please let me know on cost and timeframe and hopefully we can do business together. If not, can you recommend someone, equally competant.

Scope: Zeiss 6.5-20x50

The reason that i posted in Gunsmithing, was that I thought perhaps a Gunsmith who most likely be experienced in load developement, might reply, offering his services. Given we're going into Fall/winter, where the GS might have less time constraints.

I am located in San jose / San Francisco bay area, Northern California
