Not knowing what your average measured case volume is for fired unsizsed brass or what kind of velocity your lot of that powder tends to produce, this chart might give you some ideas. Note the COAL being used. Always start low and work up with your charges with particular gun as the pressure/velocity from QuickLoad is never right on until it is tuned to your lot of powder.Specially looking for a starting load and a peak velocity using Barnes 160gr ttsx and W-748 powder. Primers are Fed GM large rifle. Brass is resized 375 JDJ. What other info would you need?
Other possible powder would be Varget if there is an issue using W-748.
