Scopes don't need a front sight. Your eyes will get old some day (like mine) and you will ask your self why didn't I just put a Nightforce on it and be done. Says the guy that just drilled and tapped a pristine and perfect Remington 521T. Enjoy!!!!

I called Scott last August thinking I could just order one. He didn’t have any 30mm in stock and told me it wouldn’t be until around Christmas time. Turns out it took about as long to finish the rest of the rifle. Here’s the rig it will go on.

For those asking. This is a riles machine 30mm tunnel sight. When shooting open sights you’ll often see 18mm tunnel sights along with 22mm for those that wish to have a bigger sight picture. Scott Riles is one of the only manufacturers of a 30mm sight. Rightsight by Stalling used to be another but believe they are out of production. Riles is a much better sight IMO though. The bloop tube is just a barrel extension to give more sight radius which translates to finer adjustments.
