Precision Hunter I - Shooting School
Precision Hunter I is our foundational course designed to introduce shooters to Long Range Precision Shooting while offering a deeper understanding of their equipment. Students will fire 20-40 rounds from their rifle to work on grouping and perfecting their rifle zero. In addition, students will shoot over 100 rounds using our suppressed, precision .22LR school training rifles (.22LR ammunition provided).
This course is focused on helping hunters develop precision and confidence in making accurate long-range shots. It is a balanced blend of classroom instruction and hands-on shooting. The class will be held in a remote setting where weather conditions are often unpredictable, so we highly encourage students to come prepared for changing conditions and bring anything necessary to stay comfortable.
The cost of the course is $625 per student, with a maximum of 6 students per class and 2 instructors. Observers are welcome for $175 per person. This is a fun and challenging course, with a strong emphasis on proper form and technique to develop repeated, highly accurate shooting skills. Drinks, snacks, and lunch will be provided.
Long Range Hunter II - Shooting School
This class builds upon the foundation established in Precision Hunter I and is designed to further develop a shooter's comfort with their rifle, equipment, and the environmental factors that influence ethical long-range shots. The Precision Hunter I course is a prerequisite, as it provides the essential understanding of the fundamentals covered in this advanced course.
Students will need a rifle(s) capable of consistently achieving sub-1 MOA groupings and a scope designed for dialing targets beyond 1000 yards, along with 100 rounds of ammunition. This full-day course will take place in a remote setting and will focus on practical engagement from over 30 steel targets, including 9 life-sized animal targets from 300-1200 yards and our 1 mile target challenge . In addition to firing sessions, we will cover advanced classroom curriculum, with drinks, snacks, and lunch provided.
Since weather conditions can be unpredictable, we highly recommend that students come prepared for changing conditions and bring any necessary gear to stay comfortable. Premium long-range rental rifles and ammunition are available upon request.
The cost of the course is $675 per student, with a maximum of 6 students per class and 2 instructors. Observers are welcome for $200 per person.
