Long Range Precision barrel

What barrels are the most popular, for the 10-22, in the Long Range Precision games?

I am looking to get into this and am building/rebuilding a rifle. I have a Kidd light weight barrel now. I used it for Rimfire Challenge. I have changed the stock and mounted a scope. I will start doing some long range testing tomorrow.

Also, I have a CZ 452 American that is nice. I could put it in a chassis, but I am concerned that the small diameter barrel may not be best for long range work.

Any other equipment advice would be welcome as well.

Thanks guys.

Kidd would be best for a 10-22. I have a Kidd Supergrade with a 20" barrel, in a Titan stock, with Titan rear anchor. The rear anchor on a Kidd action makes all the difference in accuracy. Before you start building a 10-22, price a Kidd Supergrade barreled action, with Kidd's 2 stage trigger ( best trigger made for a 10-22 ) and a Titan stock. IMO this is the best setup for a 10-22.
Try the 452 as is. Get some ammo like Wolf, SK, Lapua Center X and see how it shoots at long range. If you have ammo it likes, try it first.
