Long range accuracy f-class vs atlas 5h bipod

Hey guys I'm looking to buy a new bipod for my tactical 300 win mag long range rifle and would like input between the LRA f-class bipod and the atlas 5h bipod.. I've tried to look up info and vids on both bipods and information is very limited..has anyone used both of these? Pros ? Cons? I'm shooting more towards the LRA but would like input..
thanks

Buddy shoots the Altas with McMillan A3-5 in 338 LM AI at a mile. He prefers it over a traditional rest. Easy to preload and adjust.

Both myself and a good friend shoot 338LM using the Atlas PSR with consistent accuracy. My 338 comes in at 22 pounds so it no light weight. If you check with the guys at accu-shot recommend the 5-H is designed for the 50 cal. I use the ADM qr mount on mine it works great if you plan on using it on multiple rifles
