Long Action 6GT

Has anyone run a 6GT on a long action? I’m wondering with a shorter cartridge like this if there would be feeding issues in a long action?

I’m thinking of having a switch barrel setup that I could run several calibers on (including some heavier cartridges).

FAFO with a Dasher that it was no-go for feeding/ejection. Maybe the slightly longer GT could make a diff, but I doubt it.

Option would be to use a Tikka action and swap bolt stops rather than a "long" action per se.
Another would be an intermediate length action, depending on whether your "heavier" cartridges are true LA.

Keep in mind, there's plenty of SA magnums...

I think a 6 x 47 Lapua would be a much better choice in a long action. Not saying a 6GT won't work, but short fat cases can be a problem in a short action, let alone a long action. Good luck and keep us posted.
