log in issue

Hi Folks,

This is not a big thing but lately I've been having to log in my user name and password with each visit even though I check the "forever" box.

Any ideas?

Is your browser setup to clear cookies/cache/data when you close a window or a tab? If I keep a window or tab up indefinitely, I stay logged in indefinitely. If I close the window/browser, my cookies are cleared (by design) and I'll have to log back in.

Otherwise, perhaps you have some security software that is clearing your browser cache/data or something along those lines.

Found the problem. Under internet options, I had selected the delete "cookies" box. Once I reversed this everything worked properly.
