I am unable to stay logged in for any amount of time.
I had this same problem and it was fixed last year however with this new year same thing only worse?
It doesn`t matter 1hr to forever I can`t stay logged!
Every other web site I`m on I`m there until I log out!!
WHY is it a problem here only?!?!
Thanks!
Pete

Having the same problem. Sometimes I stay logged in for a few days, and other times I'm logged out from one session to the next.

I'm having the same problem. But I seem to have that problem with my youtube account. And my google account. Might be somthing wrong with the settings in my enternet browser thingy... maybe... i dont know... lol

Me too. When first reach forum it recognises me but if I click on 'new replies to your posts' I have to log in again. Started this around 2-3 weeks ago but it seems to be OK now.

If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser try this.
Click on tools on the task bar.
Then click internet options.
Look under browsing history.
Make sure the box in front of "delete browsing history on exit"
is not checked.

See if that makes a difference.

you also likely need to be sure you are accepting "cookies", which always sounds good :)
for internet explorer:
click Tools, then internet options (at the bottom).
go to the tab marked Privacy - Set this to "medium" or low and you should be fine.
You could also go to the "sites" button. Then type in this website and then press "allow" and you shouldn't have to log in each time.

Thanks for the last two posters who offer some good suggestions. I have tried to eliminate this issue, but the difficulty is that neither I, nor my programmers can not reproduce the problem and I've tried on five different computers in three locations, using five different browsers.

Generally, it seems that the problem is a function of older operating systems with security levels that block cookies. Also, if you are running "software firewalls" from McAfee you may have problems.

I also suggest you "cleanse" you cookies to ensure that a corrupted cookie is not causing the problem.
