Locking lugs?

This question come up today and I wasnt sure of the answer. Are there any custom or factory rifle bolts that the locking lugs engage into the barrel instead of the receiver?

Thanks

Blaser's are German bolt guns. They and Steyr, Merkel to mention just three all have their lug abutments within a barrel extension as opposed to within the action. The reason for those manufacturers is to simplify barrel changes.
Folks in Europe are taxed on every firearm they purchase. When one has one action and multiple barrels it is far less expensive for them. Average price for one rifle/barrel combo seems to run in the $4000 range (or more).

Desert Tech makes their bolt action rifles with a barrel extension on the barrel. This makes for fast and easy barrel changes.

So now one actually makes a bolt action that locks directly into the barrel but there are some that use a barrel extension?

Thanks
