loading data for 68 gr in the xc

sir, if i get a 26 inch barrel can i push this bullet to 3500 fps?want to us it for groundhog hunting to 600 yds and shoot the groundhog shoots in this area of pa.i have a shilen action and stock right now.

I don't have any experience with the 6xc but I don't think 68gr match bullets are what you want for 600 yard shooting. There are so many good low drag type bullets available, why handicap yourself with a bullet that is designed for short range work?
