Loaded Lapua

Can someone help me out with a few real loaded round measurements on unturned Lapua 223 cases? Newer run brass please.

What do you need? Loaded neck dia. will be close to .250 in my experience. That is usually what most shooters are concerned with, plus the back end is a little bigger.

Yep, looking for a loaded neck diameter. All my cases are turned, and I could of left another thou, perhaps even two in place the first time around if just skimmed. My loaded rds with the turned necks are .246.5. I have a few lots of Norma that aren't neck turned, and that measures . 248 loaded. I have a feeling the Lapua has thicker necks than the Norma. I'm trying to make a decision on how much to have my die honed.

I measured 10 loaded with 80gr Berger VLDs and they measure 0.2495 - 0.250. This is blue box Lapua.

For what it’s worth, Lapua tends to run all their specs at the high end of the tolerance range. That includes neck, body and case rim dimensions.
