Load tuning 300 wsm?

I posted up a load I worked up with my new wsm build. Getting great sd sub 5fps. Was playing around this weekend using 215 hybrids. 2.443 is touch at .010 jam or jump give the exact same results .3-4. I still have some room to up the charge before I notice light swipe marks. Getting 2885 FPS, my question is if I move to .002 jam 2.445 oal I get perfect vertical should I use that and adjust the charge a little to see if I can get a little more accuracy from it?

Have you tried different primers? What powder, distance and what size groups are you getting...?

Yeah I’ve tried cci, fgm 210, fgm215 only thing changed was my velocity. Shooting 100 yards all I have access to right now. Groups .2-.4 on average but closer to .4-5. I just think I could maybe squeeze a little more out of her. Using h4831sc 66gr for powder. This charge gives the most consistent es.

If you are getting good SD and .4 at 100 I would take it out to your target distance and see how it goes from there. I know I can chase a load tweaking this & that forever, or at least until I gobble up a whole lot of expensive bullets, brass, barrel & time. I have done it more than a few times & have come to the realization at some point I just have to shoot the thing......I also came to the realization that I just plain like doing load development and it's my time and money.....So I got to be honest with myself ( not easily done ) and ask if I am just having fun or actually getting anywhere.......

sounds just like me tweaking loads gives me a reason to shoot when I can find no other reason to drag them out and shoot. I will move it on out over the holidays when I travel back home and can get more distance. Thanks
