load problems

i have a 6.5/284 in a kreger with a 1-9 twist thats 26in im shooting the 140gr berger in lapua brass iv tried loads of rl 22 and h4831sc but getting about 1 inch at 100 yards new to this cal and semi new to realoading looking for some one who might have some load data for me tried the ones on this sight just looking for some help

I would try a lighter bullet with that twist,also h-4350 powder or n160-165 and also if you are not shooting over wind flags getting a better moa might be a problem.
