Load info Nosler ablr 150 7mag

Hey guys,
Does anyone have any preferred loads for the Nosler ablr 150 grain bullets for 7mag. I'm shooting from a Ruger American, 24" barrel. Available powders are H4831, H1000, Rl 23, and Rl 26. I've found load data on the H4831 via Nosler's website. I know the H1000 might be a little slow, but this gun seems to like that powder. I want accuracy first, then velocity and low sd. Thanks!
Bryan

The Hodgdon Rifle Reloading site is showing 65 to 68 grains of H1000 for a 150 grain in the 7mm Remington Magnum. I think H1000 is a very good choice for powder in this cartridge.

If you are interested in long range performance, I think you will get better retained energy at the longer distances with the 175 grain. For the 175, 64-68 grains of Retumbo might get you better velocity - close to the same as you get with the 150.

Thank you RONAKA! Yes, I'd like to use the gun for longish range hunting (600-800). I've tried a couple different 168s but can't get the gun to group much better than 1". And the magazine length and twist rate limits me from the 180s.

You might want to try the Berger Twist Rate Calculator with some of their bullets. I think you may have a 9.5 twist, and Berger rounds their twist recommendation up. And you may be shooting at warmer temperatures and higher elevation than sea level. Suspect you could get away with their 175 grain Elite Hunter which has pretty good ballistics. That is unless you are into rapid string firing, and the thinner hunting bullets may not be able to take it.
