Load development with or w/o suppressor?

Working up a load for a rifle that will be suppressed most of the time. What is everyone's experience? Other than the obvious POI changes, best to work up the load with the suppressor installed?

Hanging extra weight and length to the barrel will change the gun’s harmonics.

You will see more pressure with a can too.
Depending on which suppressor your running. So, my loads are definitely different with the can vs without.

I’ll load a handful without just to make sure nothing crazy happens bullet stability wise, then do load development with the suppressor.

You should whenever possible do load development with the rifle configured as you will be using it.

Certainly with the can fixed IME as you will get better groups.
Barrel harmonics and recoil are suppressed.
