Load development scope

I'm new here and I have a question. What would you recommend for a load development scope? I've been using the scope that I'm going to use on the gun but I want something I can find a load with then put it on the shelf until I need it again.

I have a 14X Mueller that I've used on three differen't rifles, It's sitting on a 243 now while I'm testing some 95gr Nos. BTs. When I decide on a permanant replacement it will go in a drawer and wait on a 9 twist 270. E

+2 on the Weaver. I permanently installed one on my 308 and I like it. For the price, I am very happy.

More is ALOT better when it comes to load work up. The Weever above is a good choice. somewhere between 20X to 40X if it was my choice.
