Load Development for tight bore .308 Palma barrel

As stated, how much lower should I drop for a .3075" bore .308 with 155s?

My recommendation would be to seek counsel with your better local Palma shooters , for a whole bunch of reasons . You never mentioned barrel length , specific bullet , powder to be used , among just a few . Very vague questions are very hard to give "instant" answers to .

Have done that. Always open to other points of view. Frankly, at only .0005" snug, I plan on dropping my normal Varget load 3 full grains to start and work up. Overkill but safe!

I’ve got a tight bore 1/13, and a standard 1/12, both 30”. I use the same load (46.5 Varget), and get essentially the same velocity (~3030).

The bullet is swaged within its length, then is bore sized for the remainder of its travel. Start pressure may be higher, raising the overall pressure, so a small drop in powder may be required.
