Does anyone have data for loading 38 short colt with anything but win231 or hp38. cannot find these powders within 300 mi. have tried. I am using 357 cases cut down w/cci 500 primers.

You can use load data for 9mm. Just remember cut down 357 cases are thicker than real short colt cases so pressure is going to be higher. Start low and work up! I've had good luck with titegroup and wst.
