Little female feels the Hornets sting.

Last evening, just before dark, she responded to a distressedghf.jpeg turkey call. Took a 17 Hornet as shown in photo a shot that close to the spine shuts them down quick, about 100 yards.This is a picture of the blind ,taken early spring,it's seen many deer,coyotes,beavers,coons,turkeys taken from it.rb.jpeg

Interesting variety of stone colors. They were probably carried in by a glacier from Canada. Sorry if I am off topic.

Any trout in that stream? Looks kinda inviting!
Trout, smallmouth, suckers,way downstream steelhead, bluegills,the usual,tough to fish because of the snags and beaver dams, the deeper pools are where the fish hide. Wherever you see herons fishing, that's where you want to be.
