I have an older Litschert scope. It is not a Spot Shot or anything else, and has no model on it other than the manufacturers name and the power of the scope. When I took the erector lens out, I noticed a series of holes to mount it in the tube. What does the different positioning do? Is it a way to increase power? Is it based on the length of the tube?
Also, on the ocular lens, there were actually two doublets (each doublet is two lenses glued together). I talked to Mike Sexton at Iron Sight, and he advised that he had never seen one with two lenses. It was not a doublet that separated, it was definitely two lenses. There was a ring separating the two lenses. I do not have a picture of that, but I do have a picture of the erector lens assembly. I did post something on the Unertl facebook page, but got no response.
