if it's super stiff send it back to sightron, or is the focus of the ch, I have diabetes I can see great one day and boom out the next...somebody will chime in that know's more than me..hope you get it fixedHaving a very hard time adjusting ocular lens. Anyone having this problem with this scope? Not looking on how to adjust it. I have adjusted many. Thanks
Does this mean you are turning the ocular a full turn between adjustments, that's a lot?Visual. If you turn the adjustment all the way in reticle gets blurry as it should . Back it off about one turn it clears up a little, from there until fully backed out no change until very end of travel when blurry again. Also having trouble with mirage at 100 yd. Shot today, early morning, sun out, 65 degrees. Only scope at my range showing mirage. I own a Sightron 10X50x60 no problems. Try to tell this story to Sightron I don't even believe it myself.
No, the ocular does not seem to be working like most others. Like i said not my first rodeo by a long shot. Thinking this may be the problem with seeing the mirage. Just trying to find out if anyone has this problem with Sightron 45x45.Does this mean you are turning the ocular a full turn between adjustments, that's a lot?
I have had the same problem on a few scopes. My fix is to adjust the parallax properly, then adjust the ocular for crisp focus. There seems to be a fairly wide range of the ocular where the cross hairs are sharp and within that range I was able to get crisp focus on the target when my parallax was set properly. Hope that makes sense.I am having a small amount of trouble with my 45x, ED glass having the same crisp focus and elimination of parallax at the same point. Any suggestions?.
