Maybe either a Mack Bros Titanium or a DefianceTi X,not cheap but? or get a Remington or Savage and mill slots in it to cut weight.

Pierce has a titanium. Kelbly's has a skeletonized version. Had a Defiance an Ti X. Not my cup of tea so It went bye bye and would never buy a Defiance again. YMMV.

I have a couple Defiance anTi actions. They both function fine and I have no complaints. I don't have any experience with any other brand of lightweight actions.

Look in the search area for member Dave Way or search title defiance ultralite rifle. He had a defiance action, 22" rifle barrel and an oregunsmithing rifle stock, with scope and rings at 4.93 lbs. Now that's pretty dang lite.
