Light neck tension when jamming to Lands?

At Last found a decent Load that my new 243 1 in8 twist barrel seems to like with 105g molly berger VLDs, lapua brass, n160, ccibr, with 0.01 neck tension sized with redding comp bushing neck dies, OAL seated long to contact Lands upon bolt closure, groups are very promising and i was wondering when bullets are soft or hard jammed to lands is best results usually gained with very slight neck tension.

There are no hard rules on neck tension. You'll have to try different bushings and see what this particular load prefers.

If they are seated with very little tension they will likely push right back into the case as much as they are allowed too.... but at least they will all be the same distance from the rifling........
