Leupold reticule change?

What company ( if any) is doing work on Leupold scope reticule? Looking to change my fine XH to a 1/4 moa dot In a 24x BR, scope.

She does nice work.
A 1/4' dot might be a bit small for the long range shooting---mirage might 'eat it up.'

Cheryl built a 24x reticle for me this spring. 2 years ago she built one on a scope that she normally wont touch because it was glued. she did get it apart and change the x hair for me.
