Leupold Customer Service

I posted in another thread about my experience with Leupold's customer service. I don't have a thing to complain about with customer service; they did right by me. I don't like their current crop of goofy reticles though. Check out the post below about my (literally) broken scope.

 
I wonder if the send VX5s or VX6s as replacement?
Yes. If you send in a LPS for repair you can get a vx5 or 6 as replacement. Certain models might only be available though. I believe they give you choices. They did my friend like that anyways, he has sent in 2 or 3

All the service I have received from Leupold has been excellent. Many reticle changes and one warranty issue for a shifting windage problem. All work has been excellent.
