All of 'those' makes (Winnies) run big. .082-.084" if I remember right. And if you chamber it in a 6 or 6.5X47 Lapua with SRP's it will blank perfect circles out of your primers...even with very mild loads. Bushed to anywhere from .060-.070" this will no longer be a problem....

Lots of good guesses. Here is the answer. I should have offered a prize. Reducing from this size down to .060 reduces the area of the hole and thus the force trying to extrude the primer into a "crater" by 52%. --Jerry
