Mby a million years ago but who knows? Possible that changed again but I doubt it. Lester procured his own equipment many years ago and they were doing the work in house.

Can't comment on a rifle , but He has done a couple of Barrels for me and they shoot as well as can be expected , for the operator . Very pleased with his work . Quality .

Wrong. Gary builds his and my dad builds his own.
