Leopold 45-45.

Loosen the screw in the center of the current about a half to 3/4 of a turn counter clock wise, rotate to zero then retighten.
 
On my Leupold 45x , I found it very difficult to adjust the zero, because it would change as I loosened or tightened the screw. As JEFFPPC said, just a small amount of loosening before adjusting.
 
You need to hold the turrent in place as you both loosen and tighten the screw. Easiest to do with the correct torx driver rather than the little provided tool
